Depends on what circuit you mean. There's the one from JH-3 Modular,
and there's the one from my Frequency Shifter. Both go down to very low
frequencies, but the FS version has much, much better sine / cosine
shapers.
So I recommend this one.
If you don't need the thru zero stuff, you can omit the respective
components,
and run the whole thing from a simple expo converter. For 0.01 Hz, I
recommend
increasing the integration capacitors by factor 10 or 100. The FS QVCO was
intended to go up to the ultrasonic, and it *might* go down to 0.01 Hz, but
what
I have tested is more like 0.1Hz. So change the caps, and you're fine. (Or
use
CMOS opamps instead of JFET ones, and build guard rings ...)
