ODP: 75ohm driver?

if you want to maintain nice & clean 6ns rise&fall times,
then 2 to 3 m cable isn't like 60pF/m any more.
it's transmission line (75 ohm as i recogn) with all its aspects.

have you thought about high speed opamps?
they can drive 150 ohm load (75 termination resistor and 75 line itself)
and can give you some gain too - factor of 2 would be most appropriate.

say AD8001 or...
there are so many of them...
