Hey, this is good to know !
Something I wanted to try myself since long. I was sceptical because
the pnps in that array are not really specified.

But - has anybody tried to use them as current mirrors ?

One could use two npn's for the expo converter, one of these acting as
temperature sensor at the same time (like in Micromoog etc.), the
3rd npn as heater, and the pnps as current mirror for the output
current. Not sure if this will have good performance, either.

BTW, I was asking about experience with the p-channel FETs of
a 4007 as current mirror, recently. Forget it. I've tried it, and the
results
are very bad.
