Synth chip

If I remember correctly, I believe the SN94281 is the younger little brother
to the SN76477.  I have both with data sheets and seem to remember that the
94281 has most of the functionality as the 76477 but has a little more
circitry to allow it to "stand alone" and be more compatible to a digital
controller interface.

I can fetch the data sheet if anybody wants me to.
