CMOS current mirror ?

Just an idea:

Has anybody tried parts of a 4069 or 4007 as a current mirror?
Especially a p-type one (current sink -> current source) ?
No idea if these MOSFETS are matched closely enough, or if there
are other obstacles. In case that it works, it might be useful for
3080-type triangle VCOs, or for the current mirror of a discrete OTA.

Anybod tried this ?

(I remember Joachim has done a test for the n-channel devices of
a 4069, but my interest is in the upper half, i.e. GND disconnected.)
