Just got a doorstop for my office door and it is *huge*
The thing is just the right size for a footswitch - enough room underneath
to mount a large pushbutton switch and wide and long enough to be really
stable. ( almost 7" long, 31/2" wide and 2" high ) There is a "lip" running
around the base so if you wanted to fasten it to a board, there is enough
material to screw it down.
They come in a variety of colors ( I got safety orange ) and are made by:
The Master Caster Company
9200 Inman Avenue
Cleveland, OH 44105
(216) 641-0500
Should be able to get them through a large office store.
