I have not considered this. Don't know how they behave when clocked
below their spec'ed rate.

All pass might be the exact contrary of what I'm looking for (;->) :
No HF damping, but the linear phase destroyed ...
Nonlinearity is great. I have retrofitted an Amdek delay with a
Vactrol based soft limiter, and I get evolving sounds over
minutes and hours. (There should have been an example for this
on the second YFTO tape - anybody heard from Barry lately ??)
