analog sequencer memory

hi guy's.
i want to know if any body ever build a computer based analog sequencer,
i mean an analog seq with patern memory ,or a module computer based
that can record and play seq paterns ?
all so i have the serge intruduction book which have a mod for computer
interfacing using AIM,KIM,APPLE,OSI OR RADIO SHACK computer
to the serge system,did any body did it or know where i can get
instruction on how to do it ?
