Andrew,

	Yes there is a wavetable module in the Doepfer A100 module
	range.

	An interesting design - it samples an incomming CV (but only
	to 8-bit precision) to provide a value proportional to pitch.
	It then uses this to control a sampling rate clock/counter 
	 (generated by a PIC microcontroller) for scanning battery-
	backed RAM where the wavetablewaveform is contained. 
	Out into an 8-bit DAC - instant 'digital' waveforms !

	The MIDI link on it is only for doing sample dumps - Doh !
