mono / stereo

G'day all

Excuse any weirdness of this e-mail - end of Uni, slightly pissed... ; )
(ever written an e-mail pissed? Weird...)

Trying to think straight - I recently got a digital delay. Only mono
though. Thing is, I'm also trying to make my Ensoniw Mirage stereo.

Question being, how do I send a mono signal to the delay without stuffing
the stereo? Are diodes the simple answer?

Clarification here - the Mirage has 8 processing channels, which are then
mixed to mono. I've taken a few steps backwards and isolated these 8
channels (a relatively common thing for Mirage enthusiasts - or poor
bastards, like myslef). I plan to pan these across the stereo field (check
my page for the mixer schems - if anyone knows where the basic schem came
from, give us a yell so I can acknowledge it)
Well, somewhere along the line I want a seperate mono out to feed to the
delay, without stuffing the stereo out.

Any thoughts? (oh, one reason for bypassing the mono out of the Mirage is
that the built-in amp is pretty crappy - gets too distorted. Which is good
for some things...)

Probably need to clear this up when I'm sober, but any help would be
appreciated
