VC delay module ideas?

Check out some of the stuff at Midwest Analog Products. I bought the last
two of their VC Analog Delay kits; I guess Tom Henry has designed several
of these and I think even sells a schematic in one of his books. I haven't
built mine yet; I'm procrastinating until I can find a circuit for a decent
exponential convertor for the CV input. That's the one flaw I can find in
his design: because the clock has a linear response, it will not give a
natural sweep sound, which is why people have to create these kludgy
hypertriangular LFOs to drive them. (Flames invited!!)
I think Anders Sponton also has a schematic for one on his site. The
problem with most analog delay schemos I've seen is that they are designed
for use with guitars, not as synth modules.
