Not really a DIY topic, is it?

It all started with an "innocent" cross-post from the Digital Hell list.
Those of you who are interested in participating in this oh-so-compelling
discussion should take it out of Synth-DIY and take back to the Hell From
Whence It Came.  Or add some DIY content, such as some cool mods for the RISC
chips in these machines.

Just a suggestion.
