Noise gain of the opamps is rather high, so is there really
a need to use external compensation ??
>20-200 pF in feedback loop in paralel with 510k resistors
200pF will ruin your frequency response. I'd say 10pF
to start with.
>use good power decoupling
I guess that's the main point. The circuit by itself looks
very much ok, so I'd look for parasitcs (coupling from
output to input), and PS decoupling.
Also fit in a 1k resistor at the output if you connect
a long (>10cm) shielded cable.
