WD-40 bashing, PC seqs and OSs.

Hi All,

(With apologies for ever mentioning either of these topics...)

Re: PC sequencers. Thanks for all of your output; I needed the input.

And yes, WD-40 is a fine water dispersant. Perfect for distributors,
magnetos, plug wires and the occasional shoddily chromed BSA fender or
wheel. It's also great at cleaning tar and adhesive off of certain
surfaces, including glass.

But Tom sums up my feelings very well.

BTW, the LPS lubricants are all available in NON-AEROSOL form, which I
would suggest for our uses. I keep LPS-1 in an eyedropper bottle. Prevents
the accidental (and messy!) overspray. If a couple drops wont fix it, it's
probably just shot anyhow. If the pot (or entire piece) requires flushing
first, I'd reccommend 1,1,1 Tri-chlor (auto brake cleaner) but read the
health warnings first...

Don't blame me if you wake up with a second (or third!) head.

Bill
