Microsoft has had Xenix pronounced Zenix, a small kernal unix
for 12 years. It's a true multitasking unix for 68XXX processors.
Wonder why it never evolved..:-) Anyway Gates can release a
Microsoft unix anytime he wants. Might cost him a few bucks for
r&d but he owns it outright.
Just thougth you'd like to know.
BTW I use win3.1 midi software on my laptop using "System
Commander" to boot into win3.1 instead of win95. It allows
you to have as many pc OS's as you like.
