Well, take a look at the schematic. Each pot probably has one wire
going to some point on the PCB, one wire going to the positive supply
(+12v or "arrow-up") and one going either to ground (0v) or the
negative supply (-12v or "arrow-down"). Just wire those connections
directly (pull a wire from the ps to the front panel where the pots
are).

Simple as that :-)
