Depends on what you need. BitScope IS a 50MHz digital storage scope plus a
logic analyser that is completely autonomous and is accessed through
commands over a serial port, so it's platform independent. No parallel
port. No slots. No tying up the host's processor.
It's a very clever and elegant implementation. Check out the Circuit Cellar
Ink article at their web site. If I didn't have plenty to do already I'd
order the board and oddball chips right now (somewhere between $100 & $150,
if I remember correctly).
