M. Becker's book "Synthesizer von Gestern" (synthies of the past)
include a description of the synthy 100 and I think also Hi-Fly.
Also a Stockhausen interview, where he decribes the basic sounds
as "boring", but points out what good work was done with the sequencer.
The depicted synti100 came from the University of Glasgow into Beckers
hands, and has some non standard features, a lot more vcas ...
I think most of these machines where coustomised.
And , I think you can still order a machine at EMS.
