PAIA Ring Modulator Mod

This one should be easy for you guys:

I want to build the paia ring modulator (from EPFM), but I was
wondering if it could be modified to accept a controll voltage to the
internal oscilator.

I know you can modify it to use the envelope generator also in EPFM to
modulate the carrier frequency but I'm not sure if I can intigrate a
synth or not (is all of this stuff is compatable?(BTW I want to use
1v/oct, if that matters)).

I want to play the guitar through the ring modulator with the CV from
a synth modulating the carrier frequency. (ie: while my sequencer
plays a pattern, or I could use a held random LFO (or square or
triangle too for that matter) to modulate it too).

Thanks for putting up with my amateurish questions(and my spelling
problems), I'm just a rocker who wants to pretend like he knows what
he's doing (but I'm sure you guys don't just BUILD these synths,
right? You do PLAY them, right? (otherwise you can give them to me,
I'll pay shipping! ;))But I can still try, right? Some day I'll get
it. :)
