MN3005, MN3007 BBD.. anyone built one?

I've built the delay based on Electronotes using the MN3005. It pretty
much works as advertised, though I find it to be rather noisey - I'm not
using any companding around it or anything. You also can start hearing
the clock feedthrough at anything longer than 100ms of delay time. I did
add VC feedback and VC mixing of wet and dry signal using an SSM2024 for
the VCAs.
