Frontplatten problems

Hello, dear diyers

I'm currently in troubles with Frontplatten designer tool.
 I've downloaded the software from Schaeffer-Apparatebau but it doesn't run
correctly
under WindowsNT (either Deutsch and English versions): I can open the
editing page but I can't edit nothing (program asks for missing components)
:-(
   Have to register the software prior to run it?
 Or did I miss something during installation?  :-O
