Thomas from MAP (and a number of other people) has contacted me
and pointed out that the design is under copyright, and that he
(understandably!) would take offence to having his design posted
publically, especially given that sales of the book it features in
constitutes part of his income and posting it is basically removing
money from his pocket.

I am accordingly chastised and would like to apologise to Thomas
and withdraw my request (and will look at purchasing the book
instead :-)
