Hi,

I am looking for two 2SC1583 npn pairs. I want to build the TB303 filter
with these and then do a comparison with 3046 and 2210 pairs to see if
there is a difference in output. I don't suppose for a minute that there
will be an appreciable difference, but so many websites out there say
that the best clones use the Japanese part, so I have got to try it just
to find out. So if anyone knows of any suppliers, preferably in the UK,
give me a shout. Roland UK have informed me that the part is no longer
made and they carry no stock. I used the SSM2210 in the VCO I made, and
I certainly do not believe that the 2SC1583 expo, strange as it is, has
any effect on the VCO output.

I will also shortly be doing a comparison between a LM13700 and the
BA662A VCA.
