Lew: you came to the right place.

For kits, you need look no farther than Antique Sound USA.
Call 425-481-8866 and request a catalog. They have a
really nice stereo EL34 amp kit for only $449. (I know this because
VACUUM TUBE VALLEY is preparing to print a review of it.
They built one and listened to it. Excellent sound, excellent
performance.)

If you want to get some vintage hi-fi equipment, the best source
I know of is VTV publisher Charlie Kittleson. He is opening a
shop where he will start selling off his massive collection of
old tube hi-fi equipment. URL is www.vacuumtube.com.

Hi guys- I know this might be slightly out of the world of synths. I want
build a stereo tube amp either from scratch,or from a kit. I would also be
interested in rebuilding and restoring any 1940's, 50's, 60's,etc. Console
radio or other hifi system. Can anyone stear me in the right direction?
Books, sources, websites, advise?
