CEAIT Electronic Music and Media Festival
Thursday, January 21th and Friday, January 22nd, 1999
California Institue of the Arts
8:00pm at the Modular Theater

GENERAL INFORMATION

The second annual CEAIT Electronic Music and Media Festival is indeed
happening. Last year's festival was our first, so we have made a few
improvements. We now have a real theater for the
festival! All concerts will be held in the infamous Modular Theater at
Calarts. The lobby of the Modular Theater will also be available for
installations and CD-Rom/Computer based works. Unfortunately, we still have
no honorarium, but we are working on it. At this point, we can provide a
theater, a theater lobby, a sound system, advertising, programs, and an
audience for your works. All travel expenses, lodging, etc... will have to
be paid for by the artists.

All of the concerts will be broadcast live over the internet via Real
Audio. So if you can't make it Calarts for the concerts, we'll bring them
to you! Check the CEAIT festival website for more information about the
live netcasts.
