Eventide & Fairlight Help

I have a Fairlight that needs it's light pen reconnected to it's
connector. Wires are ripped off the connector to close to tell what wire
wnt to what pin. Anyone know what the wire color to pin out is?

I powered up my Eventide H949 last night and attemped to use it & I
noticed that the splicing was even more horrible then I remembered it
being. Sounds like there is a chunk of memery bad. Also the interval of
clicks that are being inserted is proportional to the amount of pitch
shifting up or down. In addition to that in flange mode as you increase
the sweep speed at some point it stops increasing the speed & all most
sounds like a slow square wave modulating delay time. This is odd because
I thought that the micro-pitch shifting & the flange effect were created
by a internal analog frequency shifter and other then control the large
shifter was a completely different process.

Looks like I will be looking for that Eventide manual.

All & all it's been a bad weekend for 80's electronics!

Dave
