Regrettably, quite true. Wait till the electricity goes off in major

Also too true. After all, look at all those Roland, Yamaha etc. MIDI
sound modules and sequencers with built-in synths or samples.
Amazing lack of originality. And those are the largest corporations
making music electronics. Yet, I bet the managers of those
bloated conglomerates are totally unable to understand why dance
and electronica producers run around looking for old modular
analog synths and TB303s. 

Speaking of originality: who on this list uses analog synth circuits made 
from a technology totally unlike that used by anyone else on the list?
