Dear all,
OK, daft question.. Im trying to find a CMOS (yes 4000 series) octal
latch, ie I can put data in, and when I put a "1" on the latch pin, the
data is transfered from input to output and latched, so that after the
latch pin is dropped to "0" no matter is on the input the data remains
the same. I seem to be able to find plenty of 74 TTL versions but I
wanta a cmos one, anyone know of one? or do I need to do the whole
circuit using 74 series logic (please dont say I must).
