Now ok, Im being niaeve but this sounds kinky enough for me to ask, what 
is an Electric Mistress? is it a mistress you can have as and when you 
wish? can I see this circuit, please?

Poly and electrolitic are different, Poly caps can be connected either 
way, electrolytics can't... also poly caps tend to be smaller values, 
down to pF rather than uF.
