I'd try to resolder again with god solder and iron.
If this doesn't help , I'd try to suck the old solder away with a solder sucking 
hand pump, you know, these zzzzockkk things to desolder. And then resolder.

But be carefull: to hot or to long time soldering could damage the pcb!!
