Apart from the crappy Yamaha PSR78, a Yamaha TX7 was the first
midi module i ever bought. To this day, i don't regret getting this
even compared with a Roland Sound Canvas. I learnt to program
sounds using an atari editor... much to say i didn't make much music with
it on its own, but i did have a cool time learning what it did. I still
have it, and i don't plan on selling it either.... must admit though,
some of the sounds are dodgy as hell, but the strange synthy stuff,
and the basses are to die for,,,, :)
