I know a guy in germany who built a 303 sequencer using a new PCB layout,
but with an original 303 microprocessor he bought from Roland.
He kindly sent me a set of the PCBs for the processor and switch boards, but
so far I have been unable to find an original processor.

When I finally get my AVR Risc microcontroller programmer built. one of my
projects will be to reverse engineer a replacement up for the 303 using the
original hardware design, with added midi for sysex dumps of the pattern
memory.

I expect this may take some time tho'.
I believe there are others who may be further down this path.
