I couldn't agree more. I've been trying to get my hands on one for 
quite some time, and have just recently had to miss out on the first 
one that's been offered to me in years for simple lack of cash 
(darn, shoot, damnut, )_(&"#)_&!!!!)

So demolishing one of these machines to fit it in a rack would really 
put the tears in my eyes... But I´ll trade my trusty Korg EX-800 
(lean, mean, and definately small) for your OBXa any time! 

How about a Matrix-1000?
