I have sent out all the DOS versions requested and provided a URL for
downloading the windows version to everyone privitaly that asked me.  If I
overlooked you, please advise.  For those wanting copies of the DOCS for
the DOS version, I think copying and shipping charges will be about $20 in
the US, more overseas.  Someone offered to SCAN the docs, but that was
before I told him it was over 200 pages.  HAHA.

Using SV is somple and should be OK without the DOS version DOCs.  The only
essential information might be the specific information that is provided
for each sampler driver.  If you have a need for that only, please E-mail
me privately and I can copy on the the few pages you need for your
individual sampler(s) saving us all a lot of time and $$.

The default IRQ for SV DoS is 2/9.  If you find a need to change that,
there is a DOS command to do so.  I will be happy to provide you with the
exact syntax required to make that work.
