The CV input attenuator on the VCF is used for tuning, but if you want
to have the modulation depth to the VCF of a signal changed, you
better use a VCA with linear input. This can be a good idea, but
changing the overall CV scale with a voltage is less usefull I think.

The Glide processor can modified by using an CA3080 (or other OTA of
choice) instead of the 1M potentiometer.

If you want the audio input gain to be diffrent, patch in a VCA.

The trouble of use CV to control Q or Glide is that one may need to
process the voltage to make the working range usefull.

You may have multiple outputs, but apply the output resistor to each
output (that is, use a 1k resistor for each of the output plugs).

I use spray with good result.
