Digital or analogue multimeter?

I went to that site and was impressed by the rice.. but the specs are
somewhat incomplete. Can you tell me what the accuracy of the meter is?

I'd like to get something that is accurate to 1 mV in the 10 V range.

Does anyone else have any comments on these meters?
