IC replacement (DAC0801 & INS8255

Hi!! Does anybody know a replacement for the DAC0801 and the INS8255??
Or even better, has anybody built the omDAC computer/CV interface in the last couple of years? I would be very happy if you could tell me if/how you managed to build this thing when you can't get hold of some of the original parts (DAC0801 & INS8255)!
