DCB switch box

Is there anyone in the UK who could build me a DCB switch box?

I have a Juno60 which I use with a Kenton Pro-DCB MIDI interface, a
OP8 CV to DCB interface to drive the Juno from my small modular and
also a JSQ60 sequencer for use as a scratch pad.

Problem is, not only am I fedup of swapping cables, its also wearing
them out.

So what I would like is a 1-4 way switch box. Can anyone can help?
