P5 V2.0 Eprom Checksums?

If any of you have a Prophet 5 version 2.0 open sometime I'd appreciate it if you could look at the eproms and see if these checksums make sense....  They were hand-written on mine but to far gone to be readable.  I got them reading my chips with an old Data I/O and I'd like to know if they are correct and plugged in to the right sockets...

IC14 166C1
IC13 16D7D
IC12 32FED

Sound funky but who knows?   BTW, Wine Country doesn't have any.
