ReBirth RB-338 Controller

A controller for Rebirth RB-338 that ads 40 knobs for realtime control.  I
want this!  Problem is, I have to build it and I'm having problems finding
the parts.  I'm not too versed in electronic components and their
counterparts (I'm a programmer by trade.)  If someone could compile a list
of the components part numbers for a common catalog like Mouser Electronics
or Newark Electronics, I'd be eternally greatful and you'd have my undying
gratitude (I also think it might help others out there who want to build
this great project.)  Any help you guys could give would be appreciated.
