More cap questions I couldn't answer . . .

OK :)  I'll hold off posting the new Cap FAQ.  What we need are sources for
teflon, oil filled and polystyrene caps.  Although "super premium" might
mean super expensive, it doesn't any sources listed for caps with these
dielectrics.  I've already checked Allied, Mouser and Digikey -- they don't
carry them.

Anyway, while I'm at it  . . .

A few weeks ago, I had added the following questions as notes to myself in
this entry in the original FAQ.  Since then I haven't found an answer.
