etching face plates with FeCh

[Yoshiki Ohmura (Yoshi)]

Has anybody tried etching anodized face plates with ferric chloride?
Anodization (Don't ask me if this is a word) is supposed to stop Al from
corroding, will it have the same effect with the Fe Ch?
