There are many old habbits in the world of electronics...

2M2 = 2.2 MOhm = 2.2 * 10  Ohm

2.2 MOhm is the correct SI form.

Some old versions where 2.2 kkohm (kilokiloohm) and similar things.

2R2 refers to 2.2 Ohm.
