MIDI->Sync24 update...

For those who are interested.... my MIDI-Sync converter has now entered
the 1990's :)  A new compact PIC-based circuit can be found by following
the `electronics' link from http://www.york.ac.uk/~jat5/

The new circuit generates a large range of sync signals suitable for all
sorts of applications :)
