   About how matched are the fets in these 4069, does anyone know? 

There's no matching spec'd, so it's never tested or anything.

However... the transistors are all on the same chip with the intent of
being the same, so I'd think it's be pretty weird for them not to be
as well matched as any other monolithic transistors.
