any of those solvent type glues that work by dissolving the plastic surfaces
will work, if that is the type of plastic you have... the glues that just
work by
being a sticky blob wont do so well... if you are gluing plastic abrade the
surface
with snadpaper also.
Certainly this will work for 'styrene' plastics like model aircraft stuff
