Need switches for Arp Sequencer

I might need some new switches for the Arp Sequencer I'm fixing. Two of the
momentary switches (part DC-51-01) are sticky, and so far I have not been
able to unstick them (using Radio Shack Contact Cleaner/Degreaser and TV
Tuner Lubricator).

Does anyone know of a source for these switches, or (even better) a way to
clean them? I sent mail to Phil Cirocco, no reply.
