etching face plates for modules

I'm just about to embark on building my first module (happy, happy, joy,
joy)  Now what are the tricks, for getting a profesionally looking face
plate made?  What kind of company do I have to seek, to get that done?
Any suggestions, tips, etc?  Thanks for the advice.

PS I do know that, whats on the inside is more important then on the
outside, but I want it to look pretty, as well as sound pretty :) (then
again, I probably want it to sound rotten ;)
