Nope

That's 10.6 micrometers (1x10^-6 meters) - Infrared.  Invisible.  Lots
of heat.  10 watts gives you a painful but shallow burn if you get any
skin at a focus.  Of course, exposure time is limited by ones natural
reactions. (Ouch! again).  Also I wore goggles!
