I was listening to a radio show (NPR?) which was discussing how, in rare
circumstances, if a person/child is hit with a ball in the chest it
disrupts the rythm of the heart enough for the person to have a heart
attack. 

Point being: 99.9% of the time you may be fine, but do you really want to
take the risk of being the fraction of a percent that doesn't bounce right
back from an electrical shock?
